Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Cloud Platforms, and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing enterprise-scale applications while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, high performance, and seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.
• Build, integrate, and optimize event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka on GCP.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Leverage GCP services such as Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, etc.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or ArgoCD.
• Apply SRE principles to improve system reliability and observability.
• Work with monitoring and logging tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React
• Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms – GCP preferred (AWS/Azure acceptable)
• Experience integrating applications with REST APIs
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, MariaDB, or similar databases
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD)
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in building cloud-native, large-scale distributed systems
• Familiarity with observability stacks: Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK
• Understanding of SRE concepts (SLI/SLO/SLA, error budgets)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
