This role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes for technical and non-technical positions across diverse geographies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in global recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the IT industry. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement global recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent. Identify hiring needs in collaboration with department heads and stakeholders. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and recruitment events. Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers. Evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit for the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in global recruitment, preferably within the IT industry. Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skillsets, and market trends. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
