About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to design, develop, and optimize modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications. You will be responsible for building user interfaces using cutting-edge frontend frameworks, ensuring exceptional quality, performance, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality UI components using React (v18+ or v19) and TypeScript.
• Implement clean, semantic, and responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, Sass, and styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS or styled-components.
• Manage application state effectively using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Jotai, and leverage React Query or SWR for server-state management.

• Integrate and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Axios or native fetch.

• Collaborate with backend engineers to design and implement robust data exchange and interaction flows.
• Write automated unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library, and perform integration/E2E tests with Cypress.
• Ensure code quality and consistency through ESLint, Prettier, and Husky pre-commit hooks.
• Optimize application performance through lazy loading, code splitting, and memoization.
• Monitor and reduce bundle sizes using analysis tools, and enhance load times and rendering.
• Build SSR/SSG-enabled features using Next.js, including middleware implementation.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React (v18+) and TypeScript with experience in advanced patterns (HOCs, render props).
• Solid understanding of frontend fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, Sass) and responsive design.
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries and server-state tools.

• Strong knowledge of API integration and backend collaboration.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks and quality assurance tools.
• Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques and SSR/SSG strategies.

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments.

• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices (WCAG).

• Contributions to open-source frontend projects.
