The Opportunity

This isn't just another leadership role. As our Lead Frontend Developer, you will take full ownership of the frontend roadmap, architecture, and team. You'll work directly with the CEO/CTO to define the technical vision, mentor a growing team of talented developers, and establish the best practices that will enable us to scale 10x. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow

  the frontend engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

• Drive the frontend architectural vision

  , making key decisions to ensure our platform is scalable, performant, and maintainable.
• Manage your time effectively between hands-on coding, high-level architectural planning, and conducting thorough, constructive code reviews.
• Lead the development of new user-facing features using

  React.js and Next.js

  , from concept to deployment.
• Establish and govern a robust, reusable component library and frontend development standards.
• Champion performance optimization, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design (UI/UX), and Backend teams to translate the product vision into a tangible, high-quality technical reality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Significant professional experience in frontend development, with

  demonstrated success in a team lead or senior mentorship role.

• Expert-level proficiency in

  React.js, Next.js

  , and the modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.
• Proven experience making critical

  architectural decisions

  for complex, production-grade applications.
• Strong experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and data-fetching libraries (e.g., GraphQL/Apollo, React Query).
• Deep understanding of the DOM, front-end build pipelines, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with data visualization (e.g., Chart.js) and advanced UI components (e.g., React Data Grid, Canvas API, Drag n Drop libraries).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects and work under ambitious deadlines.
