📑 On-time monthly/quarterly reports
📊 Bank & ledger reconciliations within 5 working days post month-end
⚙️ At least one process improvement/automation per month
✅ 100% statutory compliance
✅ 10–12 years’ experience in finance leadership roles
✅ Strong track record in reporting, compliance & audits
✅ Hands-on experience with automation & financial system improvements
✅ Excellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
