Senior Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager with over 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company located in Cochin. Your role will involve providing expert financial guidance, managing all financial aspects of the organization, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Working from the office on Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays, you will collaborate closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include preparing and presenting accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing month-end and year-end close processes, and developing financial models and forecasts. You will analyze financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions. Additionally, you will lead the annual budgeting process, monitor budget adherence, and manage cash flow effectively. Moreover, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets, ensuring adherence to financial regulations, policies, and procedures, and automating recurring transactions. You will also oversee external and internal audits, supervise and mentor finance team members, and provide training opportunities to enhance team performance. As part of your secondary duties, you will support strategic planning and decision-making processes, participate in financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or other business initiatives, and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners. Your role will also involve presenting financial information to senior management and stakeholders to support business decisions effectively.,
