Senior Finance Executive

Job Overview :

Finance Executive is responsible for keeping accurate records for the daily transaction, preparing sheets, process invoices and have hands on experience in reconciliations. Need to handle the financial health of the company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements.

The candidate will be managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and receivable. The job responsibilities of a finance executive include updating the internal systems with the financial data, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, reconciling bank statements, participating in financial audits, and tracking bank deposits and payments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain record and receipt for daily transactions
• Ensure financial records are up to date with the latest transaction and changes
• Contribute to financial audits
• Monitor bank deposits and payments
• Prepare balance sheet and invoices
• GST and TDS compliance
• Periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve issues
• Hands-on experience in business workplace
• Candidate should have decent knowledge in ERP software

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field. CA-Inter/MBA-Finance will be an advantage
• Must possess a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a finance executive
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting process
• Experience using financial software
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with standard working hours i.e. 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
