Senior Finance Analyst

As a Senior Finance Analyst at Castrol India, your role will involve leading investor relations by developing strong relationships with both buy-side and sell-side investors. You will ensure transparent communication, prepare stories for interactions, FAQs, and create investor packs. Your goal will be to keep investors informed, engaged, and confident in the company's strategy and financial outlook. Additionally, you will support driving the finance transformation agenda, manage multiple transformation initiatives within finance, and be the finance Single Point of Accountability (SPA) in a cross-functional setup for planning and executing business growth avenues and financial targets as per the strategy within the right control environment. You will report into the Sales & Marketing Finance Manager, India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead investor relations by engaging with buy-side and sell-side investors to maintain strong, transparent, and productive relationships - Act as the point of contact for investor inquiries and help coordinate discussions between investors and the CFO - Prepare FAQs and other relevant materials to ensure consistent and well-structured messaging in all investor interactions **Qualifications Required:** - CA or CMA or equivalent qualification - Any post-graduation degree will be a value-add - CA / CMA / CFA / MBA with 10+ years of experience in finance and projects - Digital skills and dashboard proficiency - Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, process orientation, and interpersonal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple/conflicting priorities, bring innovation and creativity to the job, and challenge/influence effectively - Prior experience in project management and new-age digital capabilities At Castrol India, success knows no bounds.
