Youโ€™ll ensure smooth daily functioning, upkeep, vendor coordination, and team supervision โ€” all aimed at delivering an exceptional coworking experience. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic workspace environment and can efficiently oversee internal teams and physical infrastructure with a service-first mindset. ๐Ÿ”ง Key Responsibilities ๐Ÿฌ Facility Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations across all floors of the Mohali Phase 8B centre Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment and infrastructure Maintain cleanliness, safety, utility readiness, and physical upkeep of the workspace Respond swiftly to facility issues, breakdowns, or customer complaints ๐Ÿ’ผ Vendor & Maintenance Oversight Manage vendor coordination for housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, internet, and security services Monitor vendor performance and ensure high service standards Supervise stock and replenishment of consumables and maintenance tools ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Team Management & Internal Coordination Lead and manage on-ground housekeeping and facility staff Coordinate with Community Managers and internal teams for aligned daily operations Provide on-site support during client onboarding, office setups, and events ๐Ÿ“Š Monitoring & Reporting Maintain daily facility checklists, maintenance logs, and task sheets Monitor centre-related expenses and assist in budget tracking Regularly inspect premises and provide weekly status updates to the leadership โœ… Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in facility or building operations management (coworking, hospitality, or retail preferred) Strong leadership and team supervision skills Sound knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, internet infrastructure) Proficiency in MS Excel and digital documentation Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities calmly Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills Flexible to work extended hours when needed and available for on-call emergencies ๐ŸŒŸ Why Join Next57?
