Job Description

Role and Profile: Senior Manager Security & Administration

Exp 10+ Years

Job Location- Gurugram HR

Preferred: Defenses Force/ Facility and Security

Role Objective: Manage, Control and Administer the

Key Job Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Organize, Manage and Oversee

    Security, Surveillance and Administrative Operations

    of

    Multiple projects and Sites of the Company.

  2. Develop and implement

    Security Policies, Protocols and Procedures

  3. Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses

  4. Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards

  5. Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
  6. Liaising with local authorities like the Police Department and other local bodies.

  7. Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
  8. Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
  9. Review reports on incidents and breaches

  10. Investigate and resolve issues

  11. Create reports for management on security status

  12. Analyze data to form proposals for improvements -Implementation of New Technology pertaining to Secure Project /Site Offices in NCR.

Preferred candidate profile:

A. Security Strategy and Planning:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, plans, and programs to protect the company's assets, personnel, and information.

  2. Conduct risk assessments and security audits

    to

    identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation measures.

Policy and Procedure Development:

  1. Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with industry standards and best practices.

  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry certifications

Security Operations Management:

  1. Oversee

    day-to-day security operations, including physical security, access control, and surveillance systems.

  2. Manage

    security incidents and investigations, collaborating with internal teams and external authorities as necessary.

Team Leadership and Development:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities.

  2. Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the security team.
