Role:

The Facility Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of all office and site facilities. The role oversees housekeeping, security, maintenance, vendor management, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily facility operations, including housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning services.
  • Monitor and manage facility maintenance schedules, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of facility services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements (fire safety, waste management, etc.).
  • Manage inventory of facility supplies and maintenance materials.
  • Support space management, office moves, and workplace setup for employees.
  • Maintain facility expense records and assist in budget planning.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of facility management systems and safety standards.
  • Any Graduate from reputed university 

Communication:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Behavior/ Core Competencies:

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure with proper time management
  • Being Punctual and mindful at work

The Employee shall observe the Health, Safety, Sustainability, Environment and Quality rules of the Company; it’s clients and the governing authorities of the host country. 
  • Candidate should contribute to creating a workplace where everyone feels compelled to intervene whenever they observe an unsafe act or condition to ensure that everyone goes home safe and well and the environment is preserved in the successful operation of our business.
  • Candidate should maintain the HSSEQ management system, and the tools required to implement it.
