We aim to grow through continuous innovation and technology integration. Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Senior Expense Manager based in Gurugram. The Senior Expense Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of expense management, including budget tracking, cost analysis, and financial reporting. They will lead and mentor a team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of expense reports, implementing policies to control costs, and collaborating with other departments to forecast expenses. Additionally, the Senior Expense Manager will conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and enhance the efficiency of expense management processes. Qualifications Proven experience in budget tracking, cost analysis, and financial reporting Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the automation or industrial sector is a plus Show more Show less
