Job Description

Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly inspections across locations, offsite facilities, and in-house operations to ensure EHS compliance
Manage and facilitate internal audits and inspection programs related to Health and Safety
Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance overall Health and Safety performance
Participate in incident and accident investigations to determine root causes and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Lead Tool Box Talks (TBT) before commencing delivery activities
Conduct thorough pre-operation inspections of tools, vehicles, and equipment
Supervise loading/unloading operations at airports and data centers

Environmental Compliance & Advisory

Provide environmental advice and technical expertise through policies, guidelines, procedures, and hands-on demonstrations
Perform periodic evaluations to ensure compliance with environmental permits, plans, policies, and regulatory requirements
Support the Environmental Management Program to ensure full compliance with corporate and statutory requirements

Training & Technical Support

Provide Health and Safety technical expertise for equipment modifications and ATEX assessments
Deliver education and training to facility personnel on safety and environmental programs
Offer Health and Safety technical support for site-specific initiatives and projects
Coordinate and assist with safety committee meetings, production safety meetings, trainings, and orientations

Reporting & Data Management

Collect and input data related to man-hours, ensuring accuracy
Collect, review, and perform trend analysis on injury and illness data
Complete all required OSHA and environmental reports
