Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy interactive and visually impactful Power BI dashboards and reports.
Transform raw data into meaningful insights through effective data modeling and DAX measures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability using advanced DAX and visualization techniques.
Manage and integrate data from various sources such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and cloud services.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy in all reporting outputs.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), bookmarks, drill-throughs, and other advanced Power BI features.
Develop automated data refresh schedules and monitor report performance on Power BI Service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and building efficient data models.
Experience in SQL and working with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, Redshift, or Azure SQL
In-depth understanding of BI concepts, star/snowflake schema, and data warehousing.
Familiarity with Power BI Service including workspace management and deployment pipelines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling abilities.
