Job Summary
The Executive/Sr. Executive/AM/DM in Transport plays a pivotal role in the logistics industry by identifying, developing, and prioritizing initiatives to enhance service quality for DHL customers. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and efficient task execution while ensuring compliance with Customs and other applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Allocate vehicles according to agreements and follow up on damages or shortages.
- Generate monthly saving reports and update the system with Daily Service Reports (DSR).
- Verify and process transport vendor bills and assist in Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.
- Maintain records for audit compliance and ensure accurate entry of transport data in the system.
- Focus on operational effectiveness by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer needs, promote company interests.
- Coordinate and collaborate for industry benefit, maintain positive relations with external agencies, and facilitate coordination between internal departments.

WHO CAN APPLY?
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree required; PG degree in sales/marketing preferred.
- 3-6 years of customer-facing experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics.
- Familiarity with responsibilities as a Customs House Agent (CHA) under the CHALR regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
