Job Description

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing:

    • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for outbound and inbound call centre roles.
    • Leverage job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment networks.

  • Candidate Screening & Assessment:

    • Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidates' communication skills, fitment, and role alignment.
    • Coordinate and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring panels.

  • End-to-End Recruitment Management:

    • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely closures.
    • Maintain candidate pipelines to meet high-volume hiring demands efficiently.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and market insights.

  • Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of candidate data and generate periodic recruitment reports.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:

    • Graduation/ Post Graduation in Human Resources or a related field (mandatory).

  • Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring for call center processes in the financial services sector.
    • Hands-on experience in managing high-volume hiring and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
