Job Description

Role Overview:

Sr. Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding for assigned functions.
  • Identify and attract top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.
  • Ensure quality pipelines by proactive mapping and engaging passive candidates.

2. Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and pipeline health.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders ensuring alignment and smooth coordination throughout the recruitment process.

3. Screening & Evaluation:

  • Conduct initial screening and competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate technical and business interviews, ensuring timely feedback collection and next steps.
  • Maintain a strong focus on candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

4. Offer Management & Onboarding:

  • Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and closure in line with organizational policies.
  • Work closely with HR Operations for smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Ensure all compliance and documentation formalities are completed before joining.

5. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate hiring data, dashboards, and metrics for management review.
  • Track hiring performance, TAT, and source effectiveness to continuously optimize recruitment efforts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong experience in hiring across mid to senior levels; exposure to tech and non-tech hiring preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS systems.
