Role Description

The Senior Executive Purchase will oversee procurement activities to ensure the timely availability of quality materials and services required for operational excellence. Key responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing procurement processes, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The role demands close coordination with various departments, timely vendor communication, and accurate record maintenance. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement processes, vendor management, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in data management and using procurement software or ERP systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team coordination
• Ability to work on-site in a high-pressure, fast-paced hospital environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields preferred
• Prior experience in the healthcare or medical field procurement would be an advantage
