R2R (Record to Report) Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general ledger accounting and record all financial transactions accurately.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and review financial statements; ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in audits by providing documentation and explaining accounting practices.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and reporting efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficient in general ledger activities, month/year-end close, and financial reporting.

P2P (Procure to Pay) Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end procurement and payment processes.
  • Manage vendor invoice processing, vendor setup, and payment operations.
  • Develop and implement P2P strategies and monitor KPIs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, procurement, and IT.
  • Lead and mentor procurement and accounts payable teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Finance/Business or related field.
  • 3+ years of P2P or procurement experience.
  • Experience in SAP/Oracle ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of compliance and internal control standards.

O2C (Order to Cash) Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end O2C process: order management, billing, collections, and cash application.
  • Ensure accurate billing and timely collections; manage accounts receivable.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor KPIs, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate to resolve order/billing issues and present financial reports.

Requirements:
