JD – SR. EXECUTIVE -MARKET SUPPORT

Location – Manda, Sikar & Bassi, Jaipur

Job Responsibilities:

·        Registering and documenting all incoming market complaints with accuracy and completeness.

·        Assigning unique identification numbers to each complaint and maintaining a comprehensive complaint tracker.

·        Conducting thorough investigations to determine the root cause of the complaint.

·        Analyzing complaint data and documentation.

·        Coordinating with relevant teams (e.g., quality control, production, sales etc.) for investigation and preparing detailed investigation reports.

·        Identifying and implementing corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).

·        Providing timely and clear communication to complainants about the status of their complaint. 

·        Collaborating with internal teams to address complaints and ensure a coordinated approach. 

·        Communicating with regulatory bodies as needed and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

·        Preparing for audits and inspections related to complaint handling.

·        Staying updated on changes in regulations and incorporating them into processes.

·        Analyzing complaint data to identify trends and recurring issues and generating trend reports and metrics for management review.

·        Identifying areas for product or process improvement based on complaint data.

·        Coordinating product recalls or mock recalls when necessary.

·        Providing training to other staff on complaint handling procedures and contributing to the development and improvement of complaint handling processes.


Requirements:

·        Graduate or Post Graduate in Dairy Technology/Food Technology or similar field.

·        3-4 years experience in handling market complaint or similar role.

·        Skilled in MS Office, data analysis tools & other relevant technologies for tracking complaints and generating reports.

·        Active Listener & efficiently managing multiple complaints and prioritizing tasks for timely resolution

·        Excellent communication skills.
