Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Executive Human Resources role located on-site in Chengannur. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, fostering positive employee relations, and implementing HR policies. This role involves handling HR management duties, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Degree/PG in Hr
• Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Skills in HR Operations and HR Policies implementation
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and addressing employee concerns
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Chengannur
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications in HR management are a plus
