Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources, located in Gurugram. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The role includes overseeing HR management functions and implementing HR strategies to support organizational goals. The candidate will collaborate with various departments to manage human resources effectively and will play a significant role in employee development and engagement.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
