Job Summary

The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training & development, payroll coordination, and HR administration. This role requires a people-oriented approach with a strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and selection.

Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

2. Employee Relations

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.

Support in conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.

Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

3. Performance Management

Support the implementation of performance appraisal processes.

Assist managers in goal setting, feedback, and development plans.

Track and maintain performance-related documentation.

4. Compliance & Policy Management

Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.

Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports.

Update and implement HR policies as needed.

5. Training & Development

Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.

Support in organizing workshops, seminars, and skill enhancement programs.

6. Payroll & Benefits Administration

Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.

Assist in managing employee benefits, leave records, and attendance tracking.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5–7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.

Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and HR software tools.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Problem-solving mindset and high ethical standards.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
