Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Experience:
2 to 5 years of HR experience,preferably in a sales or field force environment
Exposure tomanaging HR operations, employee engagement, and capability initiatives
Experience inhandling large, dispersed teams(field sales, supply chain, or similar frontline functions) is preferred
Proficient inMS Excel/HR dashboards;exposure to HRIS tools is a plus
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with an eye for data-driven HR insights
Execution-oriented with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage ambiguity and multi-task in a dynamic environment
Passion for people development and frontline enablement
