Full Time
- Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data.
- Prepare payroll inputs, deductions, and statutory compliance reports.
- Coordinate with the finance team for disbursement of salaries and reimbursements.
  
- Handle onboarding formalities including documentation, KYC verification, and induction.
- Manage employee exits, including clearance, full and final settlements, and documentation.
- Maintain and update personnel files and HR databases systematically.
  
- Administer ESIC and PF processes end-to-end, including employee registration, monthly contributions, and claims.
- PTax monthly return & annual assessment.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of relevant records.
- Liaise with external authorities and consultants to ensure full compliance.
  
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records on a daily and monthly basis.
- Generate and verify reports for payroll processing.
- Support in implementing HR policies and systems related to attendance and leave tracking.
  
- Support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, coordination for interviews, and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Assist in ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience for all candidates.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and trackers using MS Excel.
- Support HR initiatives and audits as required.
- Collaborate with teams across departments for HR operations and communication.
  
- Proven experience in payroll processing, attendance & leave management, and statutory compliance (ESIC & PF).
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data handling).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  
- Graduate in any discipline.
  
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
  
- Male candidates preferred.
- Strong coordination, time management, and communication skills.
  
Up to 30,000 per month (based on experience and proficiency). Reimbursements for official travel and related expenses as per organizational policy.
  
Deputy General Manager – HR
  
Occasional travel within project locations as required for HR coordination or audits.
