Post:Senior HR and Admin executive

Location: Central Kolkata
Education: Masters/Bachelors in relevant fieldExperience: Minimum 10years in relevant domainAge group:35years and aboveSalary: As per the industry standard

HR Functions:

• Maintaining employee records and managing HR documentation.
• Assisting with recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing and screening.
• Supporting the onboarding of new hires.
• Helping with payroll, attendance, and leave management.
• Ensuring adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance.

Administrative Functions:

• General office management and coordination.
• Managing office supplies and inventory.
• Arranging travel, including ticket and hotel bookings.
• Handling vendor payments and managing petty cash.
• Liaising with external parties and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Overseeing facility management and housekeeping.
• Regular checking of company website and continuous updation in every relevant aspect.
• Bringing coordination between factories ,ensuring proper logistics, recording and informing accurate availability of products wherever necessary.
• Ensuring availability of circulatory materials, literatures,brochures and banners.
• Organising all review meetings in coordination with Management and ensuring availability of relevant documents.
