Senior Executive - HR

As an HR professional, your main responsibility will be to develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with labor laws and have a strong understanding of the HR cycle. Additionally, you will be tasked with handling various forms related to the Inspector of Factories, including agreements and fire licenses. Another key aspect of this role involves visiting our dairy chilling center to address employees" grievances effectively. Please note that only male candidates are being considered for this position. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR. This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day, and there is a yearly bonus provided. The job location is in Erode, Tamil Nadu, so reliable commuting or willingness to relocate is required.
