Senior Executive - HR

We are looking for an healthcare based experienced Executive - Human Resources to join our team in Atlantis healthcity Pvt Ltd, Thirupur. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, and providing guidance to employees on HR matters.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Provide guidance to employees on HR matters
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance
• Maintain employee records
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Develop and implement employee training programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
