About The Organization Gradiant is a Different Kind of Water Company With a full suite of differentiated and proprietary end-to-end solutions for advanced water and wastewater treatment powered by the top minds in water, the company serves its clientsmission-critical operations in the worlds essential industries, including semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, lithium and critical minerals, and renewable energy Gradiants innovative solutions reduce water used and wastewater discharged, reclaim valuable resources, and renew wastewater into freshwater The Boston-headquartered company was founded at MIT and has over 1,400 employees worldwide Discover us at gradiant, Job Title: Senior Executive Finance Job Location : Chennai Key Responsibilities Taxation Manage direct and indirect tax processes (Income Tax, GST, TDS) Oversee monthly and annual tax filings and reconciliations Liaise with tax consultants and government authorities Handle tax audits and respond to notices or queries Financial Analysis Conduct variance analysis and financial forecasting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements to financial performance Audit Management Lead internal audits and support statutory audit processes Prepare audit schedules and documentation Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management frameworks Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies Accounting & Compliance Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and asset capitalization Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards (IndAS/IFRS) Educational Qualifications CA Inter / CMA Inter / MCom Experience Required 4-7 years of total experience in relevant areas mentioned above SAP Functional background Technical Skills Required Excellent MS Office Skills (MS Excel mainly) Seamlessly Coordinate With Other Business Functions Gradiant is an equal-opportunity employer Qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, veteran status, disability, or any other protected class,
