Role & responsibilities

Job

This role is responsible for managing human resources and administrative functions within the AAC block factory. The HR Admin Executive/Senior Executive will handle employee records, support recruitment, and ensure compliance with workplace policies.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Onboarding and Documentation:

  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation processes for factory staff.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files accurately.
  • Payroll and Attendance Management:

  • Process payroll, track attendance, and manage leave records with precision.
  • Ensure timely and error-free salary disbursements.
  • Compliance and Legal Requirements:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations, and implement necessary updates to policies.
  • Oversee

    contract labor management

    and statutory compliances, including vendor audits.
  • Employee Relations and Grievance Handling:

  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a positive work environment and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Employee Engagement and Training Programs:

  • Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.
  • Facilitate training sessions for skill enhancement and professional development.
  • Policy Implementation:

  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Vendor and Contract Labor Management:

  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure contract labor management compliance.
  • Conduct audits and manage contractor agreements.
  • Industrial Relations (IR) and People Management:

  • Maintain harmonious industrial relations, ensuring smooth communication between management and workers.
  • Handle union-related activities and negotiations as required.
  • Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, provident fund, and gratuity.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Collaborate with the safety team to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness and implement safety training programs.
  • HR Reporting and MIS:

  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS data for audits and reviews.
  • Factory Administration Support:

  • Support administrative functions related to factory operations, including transport, canteen, and housekeeping management.

Preferred candidate profile

Job

  • Education: Bachelors degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 2-4 years (Executive) or 8-10 years (Senior Executive) in HR administration.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
