Subject Matter Expert with knowledge of cross-function processe.Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, Solvency II Returns, Schedules, Exhibit, ;before submission to onshore teamLiaison with multiple departments (Input providers) during the close to ensure timely completion of deliverables/Collaborate for special projectsSupport quarterly/annual audits by internal auditors, as-well-as, independent external auditorsParticipate or lead special projects, initiatives, ad-hoc reporting, and analysis requestsUnderstand & anticipate clients' business needs/concerns, etc. & proactively resolve the sameIdentify process improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies and enhanced controls. ;B.Com/M.Com/MBA/Post-Graduate in Finance ;Minimum Experience ;Technical Skills ;Soft Skills ;Desirable Skills ;Product/Process Specific ;B.Com/MBA/Post-Graduate in Finance with 2years of experience in Financial Reporting ;Knowledge of Financial reporting, US STAT/GAAP policies/principles and other UK STAT/GAAP, PRA requirementsIdentify and implement enhancements and efficienciesCapable of working with tight deadlines and lead closure of reporting timelinesKnowledge of STAT reporting concepts including accounting standardsExperience with financial reporting applications ;SOVOS, Wdesk, Sun GLKnowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) ;Proficiency in EnglishExcellent Communication / interpersonal skillsData gathering ability/ Eye for detailCapability to communicate with large teams.Process Excellence Methodology.Appreciation of the domain needs of the process and its key drivers.Good networking capability and Client facing skills.
