Senior Executive

• Leading or managing a sales team; hiring, training, mentoring.
• Setting sales targets and strategy; ensuring achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
• Full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, property viewings/site visits, negotiation, contract closing.
• Market research & analysis: understanding trends, pricing, competitor activity.
• Building/maintaining client relationships, possibly with high net worth individuals (HNIs) in luxury or large-scale commercial real estate.
• Working with other departments — legal, finance, marketing — to ensure deals are sound, compliant, and profitable.
• Using CRM and other tools to manage leads, track sales performance.
• Reporting, forecasting, managing budgets or commissions.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Here are the skills/qualifications often required:

• Several years (typically 4–10+, depending on seniority) of experience in real estate sales or leasing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of the local real estate market: pricing, regulations, customer preferences.
• Financial acumen: being able to model ROI, margins, lease terms, etc.
• Leadership skills (if managing a team).
• Network: brokers, brokers partners, clients.
• Tools knowledge: CRM systems, possibly digital marketing or lead generation platforms.
• Resilience: meeting targets, dealing with rejection, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
