Senior Executive - Digital Marketing

Key Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Social Media Optimization (SMO) – this is a must.
• SEO knowledge is not mandatory, but a strong understanding of SMO strategies and trends is required.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop is preferred.
• Ability to plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Experience in content creation and curation for social media posts, reels, and stories.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
• Good understanding of paid advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Display preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong coordination skills to work with designers, content writers, and external agencies.
• Staying updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily posting and engagement activities across social channels.
• Develop and implement SMO strategies to increase brand visibility and follower growth.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and appealing visuals.
• Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Track and report performance metrics and recommend improvements.
