Job Description

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform basic statistical analysis and summarize findings. Create reports, dashboards, and assist in identifying trends, visualize data to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Create daily/weekly/monthly summary basis analysis of issue trends, hotel inventory utilization, transport delays, chat/call volumes with reasons etc.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of an effective tracking method defined for measuring cost savings, current spending and budget goals for the department.
  • Review situations, especially during disruptions and conduct analysis, prepare reports such that measures can be implemented for seamless operations.
  • Explore new functionalities in applications, software to support automation and improve working efficiency of the team.
  • Ensure availability of hotel room to each crewmember on daily basis upon arrival to a layover city.
  • Monitor relevant modules in AIMS to ensure travel bookings are cancelled/changed immediately as per latest roster information.
  • Keep Crew tracking updated at all times in reference to any critical hotel situations and transportation issues.
  • Adjust the procurement of hotel room and crew transportation requirements based on daily operational need, primarily as a result of irregular operations, positioning crews for future flights, or to adjust for crew shortages due to sick calls, etc.
  • Attend trainings as per requirement needed to stay abreast of the skills required for the job.
  • Liaise with Admin department for resolution of challenges in hotel and transportation. Furnish monthly room requirements and make recommendations to Admin to reduce the number of network hotel rooms due to low utilization.
  • Ensure all Crew concerns are resolved within 24 to 48 hours of reporting.
  • Keep abreast and ensure self is up to date with company policies and changes.
  • Ensure close co-ordination of the Crew Logistics staff with Crew Tracking, Crew Training and other verticals of OCC to avoid lapses and miss outs of Crew transportation and accommodation.
  • Provide suggestions on policies and procedures for smooth working of the department.
Qualification: Must be a graduate
