Job Summary

Embee Software is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Credit Control Executive

to join our team at the Thane location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing B2B collections and accounts receivable functions while maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with clients for overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
Maintain and update records of invoices, receipts, and outstanding balances.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and billing disputes.
Prepare and share aging reports and collection status with management regularly.
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for.
Escalate unresolved accounts appropriately while maintaining a professional approach.
Adhere to company credit policies and procedures.
Support audits and compliance documentation as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Sound problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.

Experience & Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in B2B collections or accounts receivable.
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
