Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Purnia. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing strategies to drive financial growth, and coordinating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency. The role also involves reporting to senior management and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications

Experience in financial operations, compliance, and regulatory adherence
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis
Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the NBFC sector is a plus
