Senior Executive / Asst Manager - HRBP

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Executive / Asst Manager - HRBP to join our team with extensive expertise in HR Business Partnering (HRBP), Change Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Organizational Growth, and Driving Lasting Impact
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR reporting for Bangalore and Hyderabad locations with a strong background in international voice process
The role is designed for individuals with 2-5 years of experience
Location Bangalore Responsibilities Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to drive organizational growth and employee engagement
Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with business objectives
Manage change management processes to minimize disruption and maximize productivity
Drive lasting impact through employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance managementProvide HR reporting and analytics to inform business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
Requirements Minimum 2 years to maximum 5 years of experience in International Voice Process HRBP, Change management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and Organizational Growth
Strong background in international voice process with experience in Bangalore and Hyderabad locations
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform HR strategies
Experience with HR reporting and analytics tools
