Job Summary:

Human Resource Manager / HR Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Leadership


  • HR strategies aligned with business goals



  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all HR matters.



  • Drive organizational culture, values, and long-term people development initiatives.


2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



  • Lead end-to-end hiring for all levels junior to leadership roles.



  • Create and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.



  • Build talent pipelines for future manpower needs.


3. Performance Management


  • annual performance review cycle



  • Work with department heads to identify performance gaps and improvement plans.



  • Drive high-performance culture across the organization.


4. Training & Development



  • Identify training needs and plan skill development programs.



  • Implement L&D initiatives for employee productivity and leadership development.


5. HR Operations & Compliance



  • Manage onboarding, induction, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.


  • labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations



  • Maintain HRMS data, employee files, and statutory records.


6. Employee Engagement & Relations



  • Develop initiatives to boost employee satisfaction and retention.



  • Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.



  • Plan HR activities, engagement events, and cultural programs.


7. Payroll & Benefits Administration



  • Oversee payroll coordination, salary structure, increments, and reimbursements.



  • Manage leaves, attendance, and employee benefits.

  • Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, and Compliance



  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.



  • Ability to manage multiple teams and drive performance.



  • Strong understanding of HR analytics and HRMS tools.



  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex HR issues.



  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability.


Qualifications:



  • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field (preferred).



  • 7-15 years of HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial/head role.



  • Experience in scaling teams and managing HR for growing organizations.
