Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Estimation

Managing Project Costs · Support in determining preliminary project direct and indirect costs to assess project feasibility. · Prepare detailed and final project cost estimates based on approved scope and specifications. · Develop and maintain thumb rules for standard activities for quick estimation and future reference. · Ensure the accuracy of both preliminary and final budgeted costs. 2. Managing Changes in Specifications and Project Costs · Identify and recommend cost reduction ideas across project phases. · Assist in communicating project specifications clearly to all stakeholders. · Maintain updated awareness of project specifications and changes. 3. Monitoring Project Costs · Collect and analyze data on budgeted vs. actual project costs monthly; report deviations and recommend corrective actions. · Track budgeted vs. actual rates for key materials and labor contracts (20% items/contracts contributing to 80% of total cost). · Monitor material consumption to reduce wastage on high-cost items. · Review and certify BOQ variations and revise project costs post-approval. Key Skills: · Quantity Surveying · Budgeting & Costing · Cost Monitoring · Reconciliation · RERA Compliance Qualifications & Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or a related field. · 5–7 years of experience in project estimation, cost planning, or quantity surveying in a construction or infrastructure environment. · Proficient in estimation software. · Strong analytical and numerical skills. · Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
