The role in a gist:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Desk Executive with hands-on experience in domestic and international travel bookings. The role involves coordinating end-to-end travel arrangements, ensuring cost-effective options, and delivering a smooth travel experience for employees.

What you will work on:

● Manage domestic and international flight bookings, including rescheduling and cancellations.

● Coordinate hotel reservations, local transportation, and other travel requirements.

● Ensure adherence to company travel policies while offering cost-effective booking options.

● Communicate with travel vendors, airlines, and hotels for bookings and negotiations.

● Prepare travel itineraries and share confirmations with employees.

● Maintain travel records, invoices, and documentation for audits and reimbursements.

● Support visa processing and travel insurance arrangements when required.

● Handle last-minute travel requests with accuracy and efficiency.

● Ensure timely resolution of travel-related issues.

The ideal candidate:

● Minimum 2 year of experience in domestic and international travel booking.

● Strong knowledge of hotel booking platforms and airline portals/GDS (if applicable).

● Excellent communication and coordination skills.

● Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

● Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent travel requirements.

● Basic understanding of visa and travel regulations is an advantage.
