Senior Equity Research Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong Equity Research Analyst to join our research team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial markets, excellent modeling skills, and the ability to generate insightful research on companies and industries.

• Conduct detailed research and analysis of companies, industries, and sectors to identify investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses.
• Track company performance, earnings, management commentary, macroeconomic developments, and policy changes impacting portfolios.
• Generate and present investment ideas and recommendations to support portfolio decision-making.
• Prepare high-quality research reports, investment notes, presentations, and market performance summaries.
• Collect, consolidate, and interpret company and industry data for internal and external use.
• Interact with clients, providing updates, views, and insights on covered companies and sectors.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and investment teams to align research with portfolio strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, reviewing their work and supporting their development.
• Participate in client meetings, webinars, and conferences to represent the firm’s research perspective.

• 2–4 years of equity research experience, preferably with exposure to multiple sectors.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and earnings forecasting.
• Solid understanding of Indian capital markets, SEBI regulations, and global investment trends.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights.
• CFA/CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.
