Senior Engineering Manager

Designation: Project Manager - Signage Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Banking & Corporate Branding:

  Manage façade signage, ACP cladding, LED displays, and corporate branding projects.

• Oil Sector Projects:

  Oversee canopy fabrication, pylon installation, high-mast signage, and other retail outlet branding requirements.

• Engineering & Technical Expertise:

  Apply strong knowledge of signage structures, fabrication tools, materials, and site execution processes.

• Project Coordination:

  Ensure timely project delivery through effective team coordination, vendor/contractor management, and quality supervision.

• Client Communication:

  Maintain clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication with clients at every stage of the project.

• Mechanical Design:

  Interpret and create mechanical designs/drawings for signage structures.

• New Product Development:

  Manage the end-to-end process of new signage product design and prototyping.

• Site Execution:

  Oversee on-site execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead and motivate a team of 10–15 members, delegate responsibilities effectively, and track performance against project goals.

• Software Utilization:

  Work with ERP systems, AutoCAD, Google Drive, and MS Office for project management and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of materials such as MS, SS, and Aluminium, along with mechanical processes.
• Ability to read and interpret client drawings and translate them into execution plans.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and project communication tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional email drafting ability.
• Polite, responsible, and solution-driven approach to client and team interactions.
• Prior experience in signage fabrication, branding, or related industry is highly preferred.
