Senior Engineering Manager

As a Senior Engineering Manager at Jio Tesseract, a subsidiary of Reliance Jio, you will lead a dynamic team of developers and engineers to deliver cutting-edge technical solutions for various industries. Collaboration with product managers and cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions. - Lead and manage a team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying microservices-based applications. - Architect, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Python. - Design and implement scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure, utilizing cloud-native services and infrastructure. - Drive best practices for code quality, performance, and security, ensuring adherence to industry standards. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with product managers and business stakeholders. - Oversee the development of MongoDB-based systems to ensure high availability and scalability. - Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient development processes and smooth CI/CD pipelines. - Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Stay updated on the latest technology trends and integrate innovative solutions into engineering processes. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 12+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on Node.js and Python. - 8+ years of experience in leading and managing engineering teams, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects. - Proficiency in microservices architecture and design patterns. - Hands-on experience in building and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure. - Strong knowledge of MongoDB and other NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with cloud-native tools and services such as Azure Functions, Kubernetes, and Docker. - Proficient in RESTful API design and integration. - Experience with Agile software development methodologies. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.,
