This is an opportunity to build impactful technology, lead high-performing teams, and advance your career within an industry-defining transformation.The RoleAs a Senior Engineering Manager for Finance Platforms, you will be responsible for leading engineering teams focused on SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions. You will drive technology strategy, oversee solution delivery, and ensure best practices in architecture, development, and integration across our finance landscape.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams delivering solutions in SAP OTC within Finance Platforms across Invoicing, Collections, Disputes, Credits processes.
• Own end-to-end delivery of critical finance technology initiatives for SAP BRIM/CI and SD modules.
• Drive solution design, high-level architecture, and roadmap definition.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Define and enforce engineering best practices, ensuring adherence to quality, performance, and compliance standards.
• Build a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop POCs for new finance technology capabilities and assess emerging trends.
• Plan capacity, recruit talent, and represent the team in internal/external technology forums.
  

Technical Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in SAP Finance domains with strong expertise in SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes and integrations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance Order to Cash process and BRIM/CI and SD modules. (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management, SAP Convergent Invoicing, Sales and Distribution)
• Proven experience in delivering large-scale SAP implementations and upgrades.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, compliance, and controls in a global enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with cloud integration platforms, APIs, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience working with high-volume, performance-sensitive finance systems.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, automation, and DevOps in SAP environments.
