Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 12+ years of hands-on experience in

  software/application development

• Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams.
  
• Strong expertise in

  React.js

  and frontend architecture.
• Exposure to

  Generative AI

  , ML tools, or experience integrating AI into product development is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution.

• Startup or fast-paced product environment experience.
