About The Position
This is an invitation to join the team of the Quality Organisation. The position is based out of our manufacturing plant in Ahilyanagar.
We are looking for an ambitious person with a BTech / MTech in Metallurgy & Materials science with 7 to 12 years and of industrial work experience.Candidate should have below set of skills suited for this job.
- Good exposure in Powder Metallurgy
- Customer complaint handling techniques
- Knowledge of QMS & Quality Tools (7QC Tools & Analysis Methods)
- Analytical Skill (Problem Solving Methodology)
- Exposure to Lean Methodology (Lean / Kaizen / 5S)
Customer Complaint Handling, Höganäs representative to customer for quality related activities, 8D report preparation. Ensures that corrective measures and deviation meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements
- Designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes, mechanisms, and equipment
- Team member to update, maintain and implement IATF related quality documents and records (Customer specific)
- Process and Product Deviation Control
- SPC monitoring, MSA Plan and execution. Conducting quality assurance tests and performing statistical analysis to assess the level of control and manage product quality risks
- Procurement & Inventory Management
- Customer connect w.r. t. Product Specific Investigation, Product related documentation such as Declaration / Statements
