Senior Engineer- Quality Control

About The Position We are looking for someone who has an Engineering Degree with Materials, Metallurgy with a minimum experience of 4 years in the Quality function. Quality Control- ✓ Process and Product Deviation Control (“All 5 plants - Melting & Atomization, Annealing, Mixing, INSIP & SSP” & “Raw Materials”) ✓ MSA Plan and execution ✓ SPC monitoring and process control ✓ Round Robin Test (Global lab conformity test) ✓ Product Specific Investigation Inclusion Analysis & Cross Contamination of Iron and Iron Alloys – Metallography analysis to report submission DC Correlation for critical grades (Base Powder + Mixes) Sintering Furnace Calibration and Mapping XRF – Method development, Calibration, Troubleshooting ✓ Review of Product analysis and its approval in IB ✓ Maintaining Automix System ✓ Product Specification creation in M3 & CRAM ✓ Procurement & Inventory Management for lab stocks through M3 ✓ Product related documentation Export documents to logistic Legal documents for Govt. requirements Declaration / Statements for customers Monitor & share 4M changes to customer Sample documents to logistic Samples to customers Working at Höganäs We aim to offer a great and meaningful place to work where you can fulfill your potential and ambitions.
