Role Overview:

The Senior Engineer - QS supports project cost management, estimation, billing, and contract administrations activities. The role involves quantity take-off, rate analysis, verification of contractor bills, and coordination with site teams to ensure accurate cost control and timely project execution.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution/ Quantity Surveying (B.E/B.Tech or Equivalent).
• Experience : 3-5 years of experience in QS, estimation, billing, and site quantity management.
• Experience with High-Rise, Industrial, Infrastructure, or Commercial projects ( as per requirement).
• Proven experience in supervising and coordination site activities. Familiarity with local construction practices, regulations, and quality standards in India, Karnataka.

Technical Skills :

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and IS codes
• Proficiency in AutoCad, MS Excel, and costing/ billing software.
• Good understanding of rate analysis and BOQ preparation.

Key Performance Indicators :

• Accuracy of quantity take-offs and estimates.
• Timely certification of bills.
• Budget compliance and cost control
• Quality of documentation and reporting.
• Coordination effectiveness with site and contractors.
