Job Description:

• Oversee site activity including, supervising labor, sub-contractors and equipment's.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to project drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
• Co-ordinate with project managers, client and others.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution (Optional : Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus).
• Experience : 3-5 years of demonstrable experience as a Civil Engineer or similar role in relevant field e.g., "Building construction", " Road project" , "Heavy civil infrastructure" etc.
• Proven experience in supervising and coordination site activities. Familiarity with local construction practices, regulations, and quality standards in India, Karnataka.

Technical Skills :

• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations ( eg., IS Codes, relevant safety acts).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant design software is a plus.

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, high level of attention to details and accuracy.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methods.
