Your Role
- Lead strategic transformation programs across geographies and business functions, ensuring alignment with client objectives, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
- Establish and drive program governance, using structured cadences, executive dashboards, and performance metrics to enable transparency, accountability, and timely decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, managing relationships, resolving escalations, and ensuring continuous alignment with evolving business priorities.
- Shape and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and adoption roadmaps tailored to client environments.
- Design and deliver transformation roadmaps using agile methodologies and design thinking to accelerate innovation, operational efficiency, and value realization.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams and vendor ecosystems, ensuring seamless collaboration, quality delivery, risk mitigation, and program health across all workstreams.
- Champion digital enablement and intelligent automation, leveraging platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, Celonis, UiPath, and SAP S/4 HANA to drive scalable impact.
Your Profile
- 14+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or transformation leadership.
- Proven track record of managing large, multi-stream programs across regions or business units.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of digital, IT-enabled, or enterprise transformation landscapes.
- Experience working in cross-cultural, virtual team environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Exposure to ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
